We sell a variety of Specialty coffee beans that we source from around the world from countries such as Latin America, Africa and Asia.
Specialty coffee is coffee that has been carefully grown, harvested, and roasted to highlight its unique flavor characteristics. It is typically sourced from small-scale farmers and cooperatives and roasted in small batches by artisan roasters.
Specialty coffee is graded with a score of 80 or above on a 100-point scale by a certified coffee taster, and emphasizes the distinct flavors and aromas of each coffee bean. Unlike commodity coffee, which is grown for quantity over quality and may be blended with beans from multiple sources, specialty coffee focuses on the unique characteristics of each individual bean, including its origin, variety, and processing method.
Our coffee beans are roasted in small batches using a traditional drum roaster to bring out the unique flavors and aromas of each bean.
To ensure that your coffee stays fresh and flavorful, we recommend storing it in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.
We roast and ship coffee from XXX to XXX, within 1-10 days from the roast date.
To enjoy the best cup, we recommend waiting 7 days after roasting before brewing. Coffee needs to degas, and carbon dioxide can affect the taste and extraction process.
For the best taste, we recommend consuming our coffee beans within a month (two weeks if pre-grounded) from the roast date on the packaging label.
The flavors are at their peak 7-14 days after the roast date.
Our coffee is not ground by default for freshness, but we can grind it upon request. Please specify your brewing equipment for the appropriate grind size.
